Welcome to our website. We are a research group in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology and Emory University.

Our research is focused on Machine Learning and Bioinformatics. The overarching goal is to develop novel computational methods for advancing biological discoveries. Current research projects include machine learning analysis on single-cell data, multi-omics integration in cancer, experimental design and model reduction in systems biology.
